Under the high stress of being responsible for children's lives at a MUMC (Major University Medial Center) I have often dreamed of retiring or switching careers. But I have this sense of responsibility that I feel like I need to "transform the system so to speak" before I cut out :)
So this blog is my attempt to share ideas and problems and solutions so I that I can turn my hospital into the perfect place for sick children. Then you all can follow suit!
I have no children of my own but I have two nieces and I haven't seen a pedi hospital yet that I would feel safe having them in..and I have been at some of the so-called best in the nation..or make that world?
